8.

Lay the new wiper arm on the top surface of the stop as shown in Figure 2. Refer to Figure 2 for wiper arm "PARK" position specification.

9.

While holding the wiper arm in the position determined in Step 8, install it on the wiper pivot shaft.

10.

While applying downward pressure on the wiper arm head, raise the other end enough to allow the latch to slide under the wiper pivot shaft.

11.

Lift and release the wiper arm against the "PARK" surface of the wiper arm stop.
